I am here to offer you support and guidance to ultimately help reach your goals. Although I personally live a plant based vegan lifestyle, it is just how I chose to live my life. This however, is all about YOU! No matter what diet you follow or what lifestyle you live, you are an individual and we are going to work on achieving your goals based on your individual needs. Whether your goal is to improve digestion, boost immunity, reduce stress, hormone balancing, or achieve sustainable and healthy weight loss or gain; whatever your goals may be, we will work together to help you reach them.

Initial Meeting

This allows us to meet and get to know one another. We will discuss the details and more information regarding the programs, which will provide the best fit for you as well as answer any questions you may have.

Kickstarter Program

Receive guidance on where to begin and kickstart your health journey. Learn about specific dietary, supplementation and lifestyle choices to support and achieve your goals.

  • One hour long session discussing your specific goals and concerns. The session will provide a chance for me to get more detailed information regarding your background and history, your symptomatology and gain a better perspective of your diet and lifestyle.
  • Personalized meal ideas that support your specific needs and lifestyle.
  • Customized recommendations to reach your health and wellness goals.
  • One post check-in about one month later to provide further direction and support.


Revival Program

Get your life back on track by providing yourself the care that you need. This program will boost your confidence in your nutritional choices and help you develop ways to continue to improve and achieve your goals.

  • Two 1-on-1 sessions:
    • An initial consultation session (1 hour) discussing your specific goals and concerns. The session will provide a chance for me to get more detailed information regarding your background and history, your symptomatology and gain a better perspective of your diet and lifestyle.
    • A follow-up session (45 minutes) approximately one month later for us to review your progress, discuss any changes or new goals that you may have and determine what the next steps will be moving forward.
  • Personalized meal ideas that support your specific needs and lifestyle.
  • Customized recommendations to reach your health and wellness goals.
  • One post follow-up check-in to provide further direction and support.


Wellness Program

Receive ongoing and consistent support, motivation and inspiration. Be accountable for the changes you make in your health journey and gain confidence in your ability to achieve your goals.

  • Three 1-on-1 sessions:
    • An initial consultation session (1 hour) discussing your specific goals and concerns. The session will provide a chance for me to get more detailed information regarding your background and history, your symptomatology and gain a better perspective of your diet and lifestyle.
    • Two follow-up sessions (45 minutes per session) approximately one month between sessions for us to review your progress, discuss any changes or new goals that you may have and determine what the next steps will be moving forward.
  • Weekly check-ins to keep you on track, hold you accountable, and provide additional guidance.
  • Tailored 3-day meal plan plus additional menu options that supplement your specific needs and lifestyle.
  • Customized recommendations to reach your health and wellness goals.
  • One post follow-up check-in to provide further direction and support.
